Two days after the terrible accident, the legendary MotoGP racing legend suddenly became "double vision".
After a heart-stopping accident at the Mandalika racetrack last weekend, Marc Marquez did not attend the official race on Sunday afternoon (March 20) because of a strong concussion. The 29-year-old MotoGP legend also went to a local hospital for a general check-up but did not suffer any serious injuries.
However, right after leaving Indonesia to return to his hometown of Spain, Marc Marquez suddenly had vision problems so he quickly went to the Barcelona hospital for a re-examination. According to the diagnosis, the 6-time MotoGP champion has double vision, a type of refractive error that causes the sufferer to "see one thing as two".
"It seemed like I was hallucinating. During the flight back to Spain, I started to feel discomfort in my eyes so I decided to see Dr. Sanchez Dalmau. After an examination, the doctor diagnosed me with new form of double vision," Marc Marquez shared on his personal Twitter account.
However, the star of the Repsol Honda team still gives fans some peace of mind. "Fortunately, this injury is less serious than the accident I had at the end of last year. Now it's time for me to rest and monitor the further progress of this disease. As always, thank you." Thank you everyone for your interest and support."

At the Indonesian GP test session last weekend, while taking turn 7 at a speed of more than 185 km/h, Marc Marquez seemed to make a mistake, causing the rear wheel of the RC213V to slide on a slightly bumpy part.
The former world champion was immediately thrown nearly 5 meters into the air, while the car also flipped several times. Both the person and the car were thrown violently to the side of the road, near the barrier, before the panicked and fearful eyes of those who witnessed it.
However, miracles still happen. Although the race car was broken, Marc Marquez did not suffer any serious injuries. The Spanish star was still able to stand up on his own and limped away from the scene before medical staff rushed to assist.
